Q: Is there a rental fee?
A: Yes, there is a $2000 rental fee is for set up and
clean up of the venue. This $2000 fee insures 5 hours
of event time. For additional event time we charge
$150 per each additional hour.
Q: How many people can you accommodate?
A: We can accommodate 130 guests for a seated dinner,
110 with a dance floor, 200 for a standing reception,
and we also take groups as small as 15 guests.
Q: If there a food & beverage minimum?
A: Yes. The food & beverage minimum is based on the
time of day, and the day of the week you are interested
in reserving. The food & beverage minimum includes
all things consumed but does not include tax (7.75%)
and gratuity (20%).
Q: Is there a deposit required?
A: Yes, there is a $1500 deposit taken to secure your
event date. The deposit is then deducted from your
bill on the day of the event.
Q: Can we bring in our own caterer?
A: No. We have an extraordinary Chef here at Ondine who
is able and ready to create a custom menu of your design.
Q: What type of cuisine do you offer?
A: The Chef’s cuisine is best described as Modern
American. However, the chef is very talented and an avid “foodie” so,
he can create any dish of your liking.
Q: Do you offer buffets?
A: Yes, The Chef will create a custom buffet with you
for your event.
Q: Do you have a full bar?
A: Yes we have a full bar. You can custom create your
bar as well. Cocktails or no cocktails, beer and wine
only, what ever you like.
Q: Is there a dance floor?
A: Yes we do have a dance floor that can be placed in
several different places in the room. There is a $350
dance floor fee.
Q: Does the venue have ceremony capabilities? Is there
a fee for this?
A: Yes, and no there is no additional fee. We can accommodate
both the ceremony and reception for events of 80 guests
or less.
Q: Do you offer Day-of-Event Coordination for weddings?
A: Yes, Siobhan LaPlaca, our Special Events Manager,
will schedule a tasting and planning session with you
two months prior to the event to taste the cuisine
and go over all of the details for your special day.
Q: Is there parking?
A: Valet parking is available.
